Expect notes of Blueberry, Strawberry, Hazelnut. Las Codornices is a very new coffee farm, purchased in 2010 by Lety Perez and her son-in-law, Hector Ovalle. This purchase was a risk, as the land is in an area where coffee is not usually grown.
