Yellow Bourbon has a lovely red berry sweetness, a hint of apple tartness, and a marshmallow-like sugary edge. Needless to say, it is very drinkable. Jorge's farm, El Jaragual, is a 150-hectare lot in Amalfi, Antioquia in northwestern Colombia.
